During the first interview with Costa y Sol Immo, we determine the type of property, budget and environment to which you aspire. We make an initial selection of properties that meet your criteria and we organize the Discovery Trip.
On the spot
As soon as you arrive in Spain, we take care of you and carry out visits to the selected properties, reorganize the schedule if necessary according to your impressions during the visits in order to find the property that suits you entirely.
Once your porperty has been reserved, we organize all the administrative procedures with our lawyer and notary in order to legally secure your purchase until the signing of the authentic deed.
If you wish and in order to personalize your home, we will help you choose the furniture and equipment from the best selection of our furniture stores (service available for the purchase of new building porperties).
After buying
We remain your contact person with the developer until the keys are handed over. Our lawyer will take care of all the administrative procedures for obtaining the NIE, bank account, translations, etc. until the signing of the authentic deed for which we will also be present.
You are now officially the owner, we proceed together to handing over the keys to your property.
